I have been working as an insurance agent with Berlin insurance since October 2017. My background and degree is in Psychology, so being able to work with all kinds of people and help them save money is my favorite part of the Job. 

When someone goes to purchase their first home or car, it can be a very stressful time especially when insurance is something they may not have had to purchase before, or really understand. My goal is to educate customers on adequate coverage as well shopping the policies with all of our carriers to ensure they have the best price possible. Sometimes people have had the same insurance company or agency for 10+ years and they are just looking for a fresh of set eyes to review to make sure they not only have all the coverages they need, but to make sure they are not paying a penny more than they have to. Our agency offers 20+ carriers so no matter the situation we have an affordable option.

I grew up and still reside in Millis, but my office is located in Worcester. I insure across the state, and am also licensed across New England. So even in the cases that someone is moving to another nearby state, or purchasing a secondary home there, we can keep the customer within the agency which makes things much easier on the insured, as they do not have to look around for a new agency to work with! Our entire process is done over the phone or via email, making it even easier for someone to request a quote from the comfort of their home. I truly strive to make purchasing insurance as easy as possible, and to ensure that the customer completely understands everything before we proceed.
