Bill has been working in the appraisal field for the last 20 years. He is currently a certified residential appraiser in the states of Massachusetts and Maine. From 1999 to 2006, he worked for several local appraisal companies in and around the Boston area gaining a vast array of knowledge throughout Eastern Massachusetts.  In 2006, Bill started Eagle Appraisals Group located in Stoughton, MA.  His experience includes all types of residential real estate including single family, multi family and condominium properties. His client base includes many local and national banks, attorneys and realtors and has worked with many private parties in helping them make valuation decisions. Evaluations for decision makers include mortgages, REO, Relocation, Divorce settlement, Estate planning and settlement, Foreclosures, Tax assessment, PMI removal, Asset valuation, Market rent studies and Investment analysis.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration Marketing from the University of Massachusetts – Boston where he was also a student athlete.  He currently resides in Stoughton with his wife Lisa and their two children. When he is not evaluating properties he enjoys time with family, friends and his passion for sports, including basketball, golfing and boating.
