With more than 35 years of experience, we offer trusted, hands‑on leadership for clients navigating new construction, renovations, downsizing, relocations, and cleanout projects.
Jeff Wagner founded Wagner PM over three years ago, bringing decades of expertise in managing the planning, administration, execution, furniture and equipment fit‑outs, relocations, occupancy, and close‑out phases of life science, institutional, corporate, non‑profit, manufacturing, R&D, and medical projects throughout New England.
Amy Wagner later joined the company to support overall project operations and to lead residential move‑management services, including decluttering, sorting, organizing, packing, unpacking, and setting up homes. Jeff also provides handyman services such as picture hanging, TV and cable installation, shelving, furniture assembly, and patching and painting. We responsibly dispose of materials and donate usable household items to local non‑profits and charities.
