Paul is a graduate of Providence College and has been an appraiser since 1999. Paul is certified in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is approved by the FHA to perform appraisals in both states.

Appraisal Power is engaged on a regular basis by several local lenders, regional lending institutions, attorneys and private parties. Paul previously worked as an appraisal reviewer and managed the appraisal department for a regional lender.

Paul frequently provides real estate counseling and advice to clients.

Paul resides in the SouthCoast area of Massachusetts with his wife and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
