STOPA & ASSOCIATES, LLC offers legal services that encompass all areas of the practice of law. Mark T. Stopa is the founder of the firm.

Mark T. Stopa has been a practicing attorney since 1985 and has appeared before all trial courts in Massachusetts and New Jersey, administrative bodies and appeared in both state and federal courts in a number of jurisdictions across the United States. Mr. Stopa is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of Massachusetts and New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Stopa is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
