TOLDO LAW GROUP, P.C., was started with a vision of personal, tailored and dedicated service. The Founding Partner, Attorney Andrew A. Toldo, was born in Venice, Italy and speaks fluent Italian and Spanish. He has concentrated his area of practice to residential and commercial real estate, landlord-tenant litigation, and estate planning. Attorney Toldo graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida with a degree in International Studies in 1989, and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from The Massachusetts School of Law. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court in 1996. He is a retired United States Coast Guard Reservist, and is currently an active Member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce, and The Rhode Island Italo-American Club.

With over 20 years experience, Attorney Toldo has worked in both small law practices, in Boston and the South Shore areas, and for the past 11 years, had been a partner with one of the largest regional law firms in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Throughout his career, he has gained invaluable experience by performing thousand of real estate transactions, throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Attorney Toldo continues to represent many of the most prestigious lenders in the region, as well as both Buyers and Sellers. His estate planning and probate experience offers both simple and complex wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and administration of estates in Probate Court, including guardianships, conservators, and adoptions.
