Mike was exceptional to work with. He helped my boyfriend and I navigate our first home buying experience in an incredibly challenging market. He always made himself available for questions, attended numerous open houses & private showings with us and taught us things to look for in homes along the way, helping us learn what to look for when it came to hot water heaters, appliances, structural integrity, etc. He was a great sounding board for us, providing advice along the way as we placed offers. From start to finish, Mike exceeded my expectations and made the entire process a breeze. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. Plain and simple any realtor can sell a house in this market, but Mike was thorough, honest, and transparent from the start. We chose Mike as our realtor after he came to our home and did a walk through to point out things we should fix or improve before selling and things we didn't need to worry about. He spent almost two hours in our home that day giving advice and going out of his way to help us in our sale long before we committed to using him as our realtor. He never pressured us to work with him, and instead gave us his card and told us to reach out if we were interested. We were impressed from that very first meeting and had no doubts that we'd like to work with him after that.Once enlisting Mike as our agent, he continued to help us prepare for the sale by helping with home improvements and teaching us how to do some of the work that we didn't know how to do. I've never heard of or met a realtor who has done this, and once again we were impressed.When it was time for our house to go on the market, Mike made recommendations for when to have open houses, was professional in speaking with buyers and other agents, and helped produce numerous offers over asking. He was well versed in negotiations, and even surprised himself with the offers we were pulling in. We sold our home for $66K over asking and were very happy with our home sale experience.The one thing we really liked about Mike was that he never felt like a salesman. He was very honest and straightforward from the start, something we appreciated. I came into the market as a first time buyer without any knowledge of real estate. He guided me the entire process from offering to closing. I learned the process along the way. And, I was able to purchase and live my first house. A brand new construction in a peace and quiet neighborhood. Mike even offered to help me to move after the closing. I could not thank him enough.

LOOK NO FURTHER - WORK WITH MIKE. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was a first time home buyer and had been recommended Mike by a family member than had an exceptional experience with him. My experience was the same. Mike walked me through every step of the process, was there at any time of day to answer questions, and was always willing to meet at the property. Without being through the process before I had lots of uncertainties and Mike was always there to help and explain the nuances. He was timely and offers help throughout the process. My husband and I worked with Mike to purchase our first home. It was a great experience from beginning to end! We actually worked with several other agents in New England states and always felt like we were in good hands with Mike. We appreciated his professionalism, experience, knowledgeability, and guidance through the whole process. As we had never purchased before, we had many questions about the whole homebuying process. Mike always patiently answered every question and had wonderful recommendations for other professionals involved in the process (mortgage officer, inspector, lawyer). When viewing houses, we especially appreciated Mike's construction/flipping experience bringing our attention and providing expertise about the "less glamorous" (but still important or expensive!) aspects of homes, like utility systems and possible repairs needed in the future. Mike's guidance was always fair, honest, and helpful. I never felt like I was being "sold" on a particular property and always felt like he was on our side to help us find the home that was right for us. Mike was always available and very responsive to calls, texts, and questions we had. We so appreciated working with him and would choose to work with Mike again in a heartbeat! On a side note, we are a tight knit family and have 2 young children that came with us to every home viewing, inspection, and meeting, and Mike always treated them with kindness and respect, not as nuisances, (as some professionals have done in the past).
