Joan Marie Kourtelidis

Joan is a self described "people person", her enthusiastic can-do attitude, and caring nature is ideal for identifying each clients desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations.

 With her start in purchasing investment multi-family and single family properties and then on to property management, she has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process. She has a keen eye for detail and is able to see the potential in a property others may overlook. As a proud member of the Better Living Family, Joan carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Joan was raised in Norton, graduated from Mansfield High School and currently resides in North Attleboro. She can provide first hand knowledge of the school systems, transportation, and restaurants, along with pro's and con's of the surrounding towns in the Bristol/ Norfolk counties.

In her spare time Joan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters (8 and 2) and being an active member in her community. She is a proud part of the Fuel For The Weekend food pantry's effort to provide food and personal care items to students and families in need. She is also a member of the Falls Elementary School PTO and a volunteer at the school library.
