Hi, I’m Ashley Poirier — a licensed REALTOR® serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts, a mom of three, and someone who believes that the right home can shape an entire chapter of your life. Long before I ever held my real estate license, I ran a small wood and paper crafting business from home where I designed hand-painted signs with words of meaning and encouragement. That experience taught me how much people value spaces that feel personal and comforting, and how meaningful it is to have a place where the words you hang on the walls reflect the life you’re creating.

My love for real estate began years ago when I worked in Property Management as a Leasing Coordinator. I got to know families at transitional moments in their lives, and I realized how powerful it was to help someone find the space where their life could settle, grow, and breathe. But it was the experience selling our first home and buying our second — equal parts thrilling and terrifying — that truly shifted everything for me. I had a wonderful agent who guided us, reassured us, and made the unknown feel manageable. That experience stayed with me. I strive always to create that some experience for my clients. 

Today, I help clients across Rhode Island navigate buying or selling with patience, creativity, and a calm, steady energy. My approach is simple: meet people where they are, honor their story, and make each step feel less overwhelming. Whether you’re purchasing your very first home, looking for more space, or preparing to list, I’m here to walk with you through the decisions, the emotions, and the excitement.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me cheering at youth sports, volunteering as a community board member, or in my flower and vegetable gardens on my little (barely) half-acre homestead. These are the moments that ground me — and they’re the reason I created my Rooted in Home brand: because home isn’t just walls and a roof. It’s where your people gather, where your story lives, and where your next chapter quietly begins.
