Stephen Kenny focuses his practice on representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers through all stages of a real estate transaction. An adept communicator, problem-solver and creative strategist, as well as a skilled negotiator, Stephen advocates on behalf of his clients until disputes are resolved thoroughly and successfully. Stephen works diligently to provide his clients with quality customer service and expedited, results-oriented legal representation in all phases of the conveyancing process.

Stephen is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar and Real Estate Bar Associations, as well as an on the Affiliate Committee of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and is an affiliate of the Realty Guild. He is also an active participant in his local community through various civic organizations.

Prior to joining Canner Law & Associates, P.C., Stephen was an Associate at a boutique real estate firm with offices in Boston and Newton. He attended Suffolk University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor. While at SULS, Stephen won Oral Advocate Distinction and obtained a Suffolk Defenders Clinical Fellowship where he represented clients through all phases of litigation. He received his B.A. from the University of Vermont where he double majored in Political Science and Sociology. Stephen also interned on Capitol Hill while studying public law at American University in Washington, D.C.
