Liscombe & Parrella, CPAs is a full service accounting firm that was established in May of 2004 by John Parrella and Eugene Liscombe .  They are located in Medway, MA and service primarily businesses and individuals in the Metrowest to Boston area but do have several clients located throughout the country.  Combined, John and Eugene have over 60 years experience in assisting their clients in various tax and accounting issues. 

They and their experienced staff pride themselves in providing superior, efficient accounting and tax service at a reasonable cost.  Although they assist over 600 individuals in preparing their income tax returns each year, their primary focus is working with small to medium privately held family-owned businesses.  Growing up and working in family-owned businesses, John and Eugene have the unique perspective of experiencing and solving the challenging issues family business owners face on a daily basis.  Liscombe & Parrella, CPAs pride themselves on working with family businesses and their owners and have worked with several of their clients for 25 years or more. 

Specific services include income tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses and financial statement preparation and review for small to medium sized businesses.  We also work with several not-for-profit organizations and assist them with their unique reporting and filing needs.
