David Martinelli is a Mortgage Banker for M&T Bank. Founded in 1856,  M&T is a community bank serving New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.  David offers a full-range of mortgage solutions, including fixed rate, adjustable rate, first time homebuyer, construction, Bridge loans as well as home equity loans and lines. David's role is dedicated to helping borrowers through all stages of life by providing customized, comprehensive financing and personalized services.

David resides in Attleboro, MA with his wife Anne and son Dylan. He is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College, earning his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. While at Colby-Sawyer, David enjoyed a basketball career as a student-athlete and was the Commencement Speaker at his graduation.  David used his degree to work with the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins before entering the financial services industry.

He began his career in 1997 and quickly worked his way up. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 2001 and was hands on in learning all aspects of the lending process. He moved on to own his own Mortgage Company in 2006.  After owning his own company, he went on to earn his 5th career President's Club honor as a Regional Manager in 2016.  David’s experience working for a broker and direct lender has been a huge asset to understanding the complex mortgage market.

David has a thorough understanding of today’s lending guidelines and product offerings to best fit the individual needs.
