David Haimi is a distinguished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He began his career as a title examiner and owner of a title examination company before transitioning into law, where he established himself as a prominent real estate attorney. David earned his B.A. with honors from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, followed by a J.D. with honors from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY. During his time at Pace, he demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Managing Editor of the prestigious Pace Environmental Law Review, served as Vice President of the Law School, and was honored with the Homberger Humanitarian Award.

David is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York and has dedicated his legal expertise to Massachusetts residential and commercial real estate law. Over the years, he has successfully closed thousands of transactions, forging strong relationships with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers, and investors.
