Brian M. Angel Burke
Brian is a solo practitioner who represents clients in domestic relations litigation cases. With extensive experience in civil law, Brian has proven his skills as a dedicated litigator and tireless advocate. Prior to beginning his own practice in 2018, Brian spent five years working exclusively as a family law litigator with Cunnally Law Group and ten years as a legal aid attorney for MetroWest Legal Services in Framingham, Massachusetts representing low income and homeless clients in hundreds of cases spanning the civil spectrum, including divorce, domestic relations, administrative law, landlord/tenant, disability, consumer protection, bankruptcy and collection cases throughout the Commonwealth.
Brian completed his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. The faculty awarded him the Leo Wyman award for public service for his student leadership at Rosie’s Place (a homeless women’s shelter) and working with his colleagues at various law clinics around the Boston area. Prior to law school, Brian earned his B.A. from American University in 1996 in Law and Society.
Brian represents his clients in contested family law cases involving divorce, paternity, parenting-time issues, child support, alimony, and guardianship matters.
He is admitted to the Massachusetts and U.S. District Court bars.
