My name is Jon Lucas.  I have  been in the mortgage industry since 1989.  I offer purchase and refinance programs for residential homes.  My company is a broker so we have access to many lenders to find the right program at the right rate to best fit our client's needs.

Divorcing couples usually need help in navigating the financial piece of the settlement.  My goal is to offer a mortgage solution that is agreeable to all parties, and most importantly, a solution that is actually feasible.  I try to do my part to make the difficult situation that is divorce move forward as smoothly as I can.  I work with Financial Advisors, Attorneys, Accountants. Mediators,as well as other professionals who can help a divorcing family move forward into the next stage of life after marriage.  

I am also trained in the Reverse Mortgage product which is a great program for older borrowers who need help with their real estate goals.
